23日下午，习近平总书记来到吉林省长春市宽城区团山街道长山花园社区党群服务中心，了解基层社会治理情况，并考察了依托社区而建的吉林长春社区干部学院。习近平指出，一个国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化水平很大程度上体现在基层。基础不牢，地动山摇。要不断夯实基层社会治理这个根基。提高社区治理效能，关键是加强党的领导。要推动党组织向基层延伸，把基层的工作做好，这样才能“任凭风浪起，稳坐钓鱼台”。（记者张晓松 、朱基钗 摄影： 鞠鹏、王晔、燕雁）
